Contracted Personnel Placement

Community Council Education Services also provides recruitment and personnel assignment services to various school districts and charter schools. Positions we customarily provide are:

  • Licensed Social Workers

Licensed Social Workers (LSWs) provide clinical support and school-based counseling to identified students, helping to address emotional, behavioral, and social needs that impact overall well-being and academic success. Their responsibilities include delivering individual and group therapy counseling, managing cases, and collecting relevant data to track student progress.

LSWs also connect students and families to community-based social services, complete ACCESS billing data entry, and provide consultation for Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). In addition, they actively collaborate with school teams to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to student support.

  • Behavior Health Workers

  • Personal Care Assistance

Professional Care Assistants (PCAs) are trained individuals who provide one-on-one support to identified students across various school settings. They play a critical role in helping students succeed both academically and personally by offering a range of supportive services. These supports include behavior management, progress note writing, data tracking, assistance with personal care and hygiene needs, support during transit, and toileting when necessary.

PCAs are specifically assigned to students with a variety of exceptionalities, including those receiving autistic support (ranging from mild to severe), learning support, and emotional support services.

  • Climate Support Staff

CCES Climate Support Staff (CSS) are trained professionals who provide on-site behavioral support to students and classrooms on an as-needed basis. They are a flexible resource within school environments, offering assistance tailored to individual or group needs. Their support services include behavior management, data tracking, support during transit, and progress note writing.

CSS staff are equipped to work across all school-based settings and can provide support to multiple students or focus on a single student, depending on the situation and level of need.
